This video shows our land rover in action in Co Clare. It has a hydraulic winch that we sometimes use to raise and lower wind turbines. It’s remote controlled and a lot faster than the tirfor.

This traditional house in Co Leitrim is used as a holiday home and is completely solar powered.
We installed 500 watts of PV on a single axis tracker in 2009 charging four Rolls S530 batteries that power a 1000 watt inverter.
